This program is designed to reward brokers like you for outstanding sales performance and quality submissions.
Program Details
Time Frame: Funded Non-QM Loans from March 1 – September 30th, 2025
Qualifications, Terms, and Conditions:
- Non-QM Loans Submitted and Funded starting March 1, 2025 and funded by September 30th, 2025 will qualify.
- Brokers that fund a total of Non-QM loan volume of between $5 million and $7.49 million in any given calendar month, will receive payment of 12.5 basis points on all business purpose loans.
- Brokers that fund $7.5 million or more of Non-QM loans in a calendar month will receive payment of 25 basis points on all business purpose loans.
- Examples:
- Broker funds $8.5M in total Non-QM Production across 3 DBSs, of which $4.2M was business purpose loans, we will send them a check for $5,250.
- Broker funds $11.2M in total Non-QM production across all 5 DBAs, of which $6.5M was business purpose loans, we will send them a check for $16,250
- Payment is made within 30 days to the approved broker company.
- Brokers must meet the requirements each month to quality.
- This program is for Non-QM 1st Trust Deed products only.
